About Ms. Margot

I am NOT a politician, I am a mom on a mission who cares deeply about re-building WNC, improving the economy, expanding business opportunities, protecting our communities, restoring law and order in our cities, and securing the border.

I know firsthand the challenges North Carolinians are facing. I was nearly aborted as a baby, and grew up in a foster home until I was 18 and entered college. While I was in college I  interned with the local police dept and began a career in law enforcement. These days, as a successful business owner, I have given back to my community through various charitable initiatives.

I am married to a military warrants officer and we are proud parents and foster parents of 6 children. I am an avid runner and horse enthusiast (as you can tell from my videos on social media!), caring for horses on our ranch as well as riding.

I am a conservative, pro life, pro second amendment, pro-business, pro-law enforcement military wife and foster mom who has the leadership and experience to implement common sense solutions to fix what’s broken and build what’s needed bringing economic prosperity back to all of NC.  

I have been especially deeply moved by the challenges faced by families in western North Carolina wiped out by Hurricane Helene. I have made disaster response and recovery a personal priority.  Leadership means showing up in times of crisis—cutting through red tape, obtaining the necessary funding , directing real help where it’s needed, and standing with communities as they rebuild stronger than before.

I am committed to putting the people first, focusing on improving the economy, re-building WNC,  restoring law and order back to our cities in N.C., improving infrastructure and bringing high-paying jobs to the state.
